The long sleeved Waistcoat conforms to EN471 Class 3 - the highest protection level (maximum visibility) and also useful for covering up from the sun. High Quality (i.e. not nasty import cheapie!) Sleeved Waistcoat that will provide dramatically increased replacement cycles. Spending a little extra now will pay dividends over time.
